In celebration of the ongoing collaboration between Ballymaloe and BirdWatch Ireland on the National Garden Bird Survey, we invite you to join BirdWatch Ireland's Development Officer & Ornithologist, Niall Hatch, for two nights at Ballymaloe House.
A rare opportunity to benefit from Niall's vast knowledge and limitless enthusiasm for our national feathered friends.
During your two night break you will have the opportunity to visit two important local bird sanctuaries and experience two magical dawn chorus tours; one at Ballymaloe House and the other at the nearby Ballymaloe Cookery School Gardens and Farm.
There will be plenty of free time during your stay for you to enjoy Ballymaloe's natural beauty and vibrant birdlife in your own time too.
Own transport would be required to and from bird sanctuaries and the Ballymaloe Cookery School.
